Asking on behalf of a friend: I’m the only instrument technician in the whole company – how am I supposed to get by? Everything belongs to me. But I don’t want to quit either.
First turn the instrument technician into an instrument engineer and then ask for more money from them; it’s good to have no competitors.
Having only one person has its advantages, while having too many people brings their own troubles. It is most crucial to do one’s job well and improve one’s abilities.
Asking on behalf of a friend :lol If there are really that many tasks and you can’t keep up, you could discuss with your supervisor the possibility of hiring someone to assist you, or transferring someone from another position to help
One person really can’t handle it all, but I think the aspects related to instruments, electrical systems, electricians, and equipment should be handled closely together; some of the work could be assigned to other people
