Do any of you in your organizations use belt scales? What brands are they? What is the measurement accuracy like? Can a belt scale be used for measurement in trade settlements? ? Why do I feel that the readings from belt scales are just approximate values (with low precision)?
Our company produces urea; both the coal we purchase and the bulk urea we sell are measured using belt scales, specifically those made by Xuzhou Sanyuan, with an error of less than 0.5‰
Basically, they are all produced in Xuzhou. The error can be kept below 0.5 percent. However, we conduct internal measurements here
We also use those from Xuzhou Sanyuan, and their performance is quite good; the precision can reach 0.05%.
It can only be used for internal measurement, not as marketing data
It can be used for external weighing, with an accuracy generally ranging from 0.25% to 1%~~
