The large cover of the oxidation furnace for 270,000 tons of double-pressure *ao acid began to leak in small amounts after some time had passed (there was a strong ammonia smell at the oxidation furnace site). Attempts to resolve the issue using packing, graphite gaskets, bolts with butterfly gaskets, etc., did not succeed in eliminating the leakage completely; moreover, the large flange was slightly deformed. Does anyone have any good suggestions for fixing this leakage problem?

Our oxidation furnace was manufactured by our own equipment manufacturing group; it has hardly any deformation, and there is no ammonia smell at the site
The graphite packing must be sourced from a company in Shenyang; virtually all of the top acid-producing enterprises in China are aware of this, as other options will not work due to their inability to withstand such high temperatures. (Even the sealants used for nitrogen oxide compressors must be products from specialized manufacturers.)
