Hello, esteemed seniors and experienced colleagues on this forum. I work in the field of copper smelting process control. Recently, due to production demands, we need to increase the operating speed of our converters. However, we are unable to raise the oxygen utilization rate of these converters – it remains around 90% only. We also can’t keep increasing the amount of oxygen-rich air used. Therefore, I would like to ask if there are any methods to improve the oxygen utilization rate in converters.
