The compressed air consumption of SNCR is related to the characteristics of the spray gun, namely the compressed air required for atomization by the spray gun. There are many spray gun manufacturers, and the technical specifications vary from one company to another. So it depends on the spray gun. :):)
The volume percentage of ammonia in the mixture shall not exceed 5%. The specific calculation method is as follows: V_air = V_ammonia / 5% – V_ammonia. If the calculated value of V_air is less than 1,000 cubic meters, it is set at 1,000 cubic meters; if it is greater than 1,000 but less than 1,500 cubic meters, then 1,500 cubic meters is used, and so on, with rounding up as necessary.

The ammonia content in the mixed gas refers to that in the SCR reducer, and it has nothing to do with SNCR.
It mainly depends on the operating condition of the spray gun and the corresponding gas-liquid ratio, which is calculated accordingly. Different suppliers of spray guns have different design approaches, resulting in significant variations
