Where does the design pressure of -490 Pa for the storage tank come from?

Why not round it directly to -500Pa? Which standard or specification mentions this? Thanks
I’m not sure where this information comes from, but the negative pressure in the 4 atmospheric-pressure storage tanks of our workshop, all of different sizes, is -490 Pa, while the positive pressure is 1960 Pa.
Could it really be that there’s some established convention somewhere? .
