How is the heating chamber separated from the boiling chamber in an evaporator

I would like to ask everyone: I’ve never seen an evaporator before. I read online that it has a lower heating chamber and an upper boiling chamber; the solution vaporizes in the heating chamber before entering the boiling chamber. I would like to ask: when the amount of solution entering is large (and the outlet cannot drain it fast enough), will the solution flow into the upper boiling chamber once the heating chamber is filled?
It will enter the boiling chamber; therefore, it is necessary to control the feeding rate, ensure a balance between inflow and outflow, and guarantee that there is sufficient evaporation space in the boiling chamber
If the material enters the boiling chamber, it is an operational error. In principle, after heat exchange in the heating chamber, a large amount of steam should be generated only in the boiling chamber; the material should not be allowed to enter that chamber. Therefore, either the feed rate is too high or the discharge is not timely enough. In such a situation, the feed should be controlled, or the structure of the outlet should be changed.
