I graduated and am working in a chemical plant; I don’t know what to do Confused, please ask for guidance from those who are more experienced
Is it a control engineering major? It’s about maintenance, or machine repair – in other words, fixing pumps
Is it a workshop or a design institute at the chemical plant? If it’s a workshop, it’s not very interesting
What you do now is referred to as chemical engineering machinery; you should find a way to leave the production workshop – once you get into the design department, you’ll have good opportunities for growth
What kind of work is done in a chemical plant? If you don’t even know this, it’s your own problem.
Is there also a design department in the chemical plant?
They all have them; they should have their own technical departments
Know what to do, but don’t know how to do it well. Become better
The chemical machinery in the chemical plant is too narrow; one should go to a design institute, where they can be exposed to the design of equipment for different processes, which will help improve their skills.
It’s not realistic for undergraduates to go to a design institute – after all, they don’t want to continue their studies!* . . . . . . .
