Temperature control in the polypropylene fluidized bed process is actually a range; it is generally between 65–70°C, with adjustments made depending on the product. The general control is still at 70+/-1°C. I don’t know which device the original poster is referring to What is the grade of the product being manufactured? What catalyst is used?

The UNIPOL process generally uses catalysts from the patent holders. Are there any domestic plants that use domestically produced catalysts on a long-term basis? What is the grade produced?

Higher temperature leads to higher activity, but too high an activity can easily cause runaway polymerization. . If the catalyst is replaced, it needs to be adjusted according to the parameters provided by the catalyst manufacturer.
