The Haichuan Forum is holding an end-of-year event, and the preliminary theme for this event is: “Haichuan Thanksgiving” – Remembering Those Who Have Helped Us (whether it’s our supervisors or mentors). Throughout life, there are those who selflessly help us solve our problems. Members who are willing to share their experiences can participate in this event (for example, I can write about my experiences with my supervisor; it can also be about teachers, whatever works best). The event will take place from the end of November 2015 to late February 2016, lasting approximately 3 months. The regional management teams will be involved in organizing this event, and there will be rewards as follows: 1. Individual participation awards (based on the final results): Prizes such as Haichuan water bottles, USB drives, power banks, etc., will be given according to the level of participation. 2. Regional participation awards: These will be determined based on the total number of posts related to the event in each region, as well as the popularity of those regions’ forums and the number of active moderators; the number of event-related posts alone will not be taken into account. 3. Awards for outstanding team members: After the event, the leaders of each region can recommend 1–2 highly competent individuals who will receive awards directly, and these awards are separate from those for individual participation. 4. Grand prize: If the number of event-related posts reaches 250–300, an additional Redmi 3 smartphone will be awarded.
