1. If the pressure in the methanol intermediate storage tank is high and fluctuates, it indicates low liquid level and air leakage. 2. If there is air leakage from the seal of the circulation pump, and the recovery pipeline is cold with condensate, it indicates that the liquid level is high. 3. Regularly listen to its sound; if there is an airflow sound during discharge, it indicates that the liquid level is low.
Close the level gauge valve; cleaning is required first. If you’re too lazy to do it, then summarize the experience to have a rough range of correspondence between the current liquid level and the correct liquid level.
The DCS level is gone; it should be present on-site. If there’s nothing left, –, and operations still need to be carried out, then accurate inflow and outflow rates are necessary; it will drive the operators crazy.
