There is a line from the reactor outlet to an underground tank; is it possible to transfer the defective products to that underground tank first, and then, once production becomes stable, transfer the defective products stored in the underground tank into the catalytic distillation tower? Also, during an emergency stop, is the pressure control valve chamber at the reactor outlet opened or closed? Why?

The underground tank is equipped with a submersible pump that can transfer the material from the tank to the feed line of the catalytic distillation tower.
The material from your underground tank goes to the catalytic distillation tower, and the material from the main reactor also goes to catalytic distillation. Why go to the trouble?
I think you can just shoot it straight at the reactor too!
This depends on the site conditions and the outlet pressure of the subterranean pump, as to whether it goes into the reactor or the catalytic distillation tower; If the isobutylene content is relatively low, catalytic distillation is a better option ;

It depends on the manufacturing process; one cannot give random evaluations. We have a pre-distillation fractionation tank; the next time, the material from the reaction is sent back to the reactor for further processing.
Isn’t it inappropriate to ask such a thing here? Who is to blame if something goes wrong?
If it fails, it depends on whether it’s a failure in the reaction stage or in the distillation stage; and if it’s sent back for another reaction, what happens with the reverse reaction? We close the outlet pressure control valve of the shut-down reactor.
