1. When the unit is shut down, and the equipment has been purged and replaced to meet the required standards and is ready for construction, the staff proceed to the site. 2. Open the manholes sequentially from top to bottom. After passing the analysis, construction proceeds. 3. Enter the tower through the upper manhole and open the access panels layer by layer. 4. Complete all inspection tasks outlined in Section 3 of this plan, “Preparations before repair”. 5. Tray maintenance. 6. Installation of the bubbling element. 7 After the maintenance, the inspection and acceptance shall be carried out jointly by the Party A’s inspection personnel and the construction workers. 8 After passing the inspection, reset the channel panels from bottom to top in sequence. 9 Replace the gaskets at each manhole and pipe opening and reset them. 10 Paint protection for equipment. 11 Insulation layer repair. 12 Keep proper maintenance records and organize the completion documents.
