I work as a process engineer in a chemical plant; I have no experience in design. Can I still apply to become a registered chemical engineer?

Where can I get this chapter stamped? I’m not sure if there’s any way to do it
This certificate is useless at the factory too. People with this certificate go to the factory and don’t even glance at you.
