Two drug dissolution tanks are available, used in rotation. Remote level gauge inside the tank. An alarm is triggered when the liquid level in the tank is 500 mm above the suction inlet of the metering pump, and the system switches to another dissolution tank on site. When the liquid level in the tank is 200 mm above the pump suction inlet, the metering pump is shut down via interlock. May I ask how this control description can be represented using a PID diagram?
