For office workers who don’t have much free time each day, what are some interesting hobbies that take up little time but can also help improve mood? Everyone is welcome to discuss.

Grow a few potted plants and flowers to enjoy their seasonal cycle.

What’s interesting varies from person to person~ Some like to stay at home watching TV, surfing the Internet, or reading books; some prefer to go out with friends to drink and chat; some like to explore aspects of emotional fulfillment to meet their spiritual needs; and some enjoy going out for sports such as playing ball, running, or working out. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Learn a musical instrument you like, or some other skill.
If it’s something you’re passionate about, it’s definitely because you find it interesting. . . . . . . . :L. . . . If you don’t have any particular hobbies, try various things first, and then decide on one or two to focus on
I’ve seen many people growing succulents lately, so I decided to give it a try as well. Succulents do not require frequent watering, and they are relatively easy to care for, making them suitable for people who work full-time.
PS: I’ve also started growing some vegetables in flower pots recently; they have just sprouted.
