Puzzles in Aspen simulation of batch distillation

I would like to ask the experienced colleagues: Is a processing time of 45 hours, as calculated using Aspen for the intermittent distillation of a 20-ton mixture, reasonable? Additionally, the volume of the reactor calculated to be 50 square meters – are there such intermittent distillation reactors used in industry? I hope the colleagues at Haichuan can offer some suggestions. Are there any relevant books that I could read? As a student, I lack practical experience, so I am hoping to get some help. Thank you all
A 50m3 reactor vessel seems a bit large; could the 20 tons of material be divided into 2 to 3 batches for processing separately? As for whether to process it in batches and the processing time, it depends on how quickly 20 tons of material can be generated. If 20 tons are produced in just one day, that’s certainly not feasible as it won’t be possible to process everything; but if it takes a month, then it’s another matter.
