Which indicators are analyzed to determine whether the solution regeneration in the methanol wash system is complete?
1. The total S content in the lean methanol at the bottom of the regeneration tower must be less than 1 ppmv; 2. If it is not possible to determine the levels of CO2 and total sulfur in the exhaust gas at the top of the thermal regeneration tower through the liquid phase, an indirect assessment must be made

It cannot reach 1 ppm, but it can reach levels within 10 ppm
Can hydrogen sulfide be detected in that purified gas?
After regeneration, analysis showed that the total sulfur content in the nitrogen gas at the outlet of the washing tower was virtually zero; the nitrogen gas at the outlet of the top of the regeneration tower contained only a few ppm of sulfur
I’m not sure whether it’s the purified gas at the outlet of the scrubber tower or the total sulfur content in nitrogen

The allowable sulfur level in the purified gas is 0 ppm. What are the top pressure and bottom temperature settings of your regeneration tower? We have a top pressure of 0.24 MPa and a bottom temperature of 104°C.
