On July 25, 2015, Shenhua Ningmei Group invited organizations such as the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences, and the Yellow River Basin Water Resources Protection Bureau to conduct an internal review of the environmental impact assessment revisions for the 4 million tons per year coal indirect liquefaction project, as well as the environmental impact report for the comprehensive utilization of coal slime. At the meeting, the environmental assessment agency reported on the status of the environmental assessment report. The experts present reviewed the report and expressed their personal opinions on the review process.
