When constructing a CNG refueling station, in accordance with the requirements of GB50156-2012, if there are no fixed gas storage facilities within the station, no more than 2 vehicle-mounted gas cylinder sets shall be parked there. The project plans to provide two fixed parking spaces, without any fixed installations such as gas cylinders or gas storage wells. However, the compressor purchased by Party A comes with its own gas storage tanks (high-pressure tanks: 0.74 m3; medium-pressure tanks: 1.48 m3). I would like to ask whether these built-in gas storage facilities should be considered as fixed gas storage systems, and whether this should result in one fewer fixed parking space. Have any teachers encountered such a project? ?
We have figured out how to determine the size of this air storage capacity. According to Explanation 3.0.11, point 4, there are prerequisites for installing two fixed parking spaces: the vehicles must be hydraulic trailers or process equipment that does not require pressurization. For compressors that require an air storage facility, their built-in air tank set should be considered as fixed equipment, resulting in one fewer fixed parking space.
But now another question arises: can fixed gas storage facilities indeed be arranged in a skid layout alongside the compressors? ? ?
According to the specifications, there is no requirement for a safety distance between the compressor and the CNG storage facilities or unloading columns; does that mean it can be assembled by the manufacturer as a unit???
