Johnson Matthey’s methanation technology chosen by an Inner Mongolia enterprise Author/Source: Date: 2015-11-23 Clicks: 6 Inner Mongolia United Energy Co., Ltd. and Johnson Matthey Process Technologies signed a contract in September 2015; the latter will provide methanation technology licensing, basic design, catalysts, and technical services for a newly built plant that produces chemical products from coal. It is reported that the plant is located in Baotou, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and primarily produces liquefied natural gas (LNG) using syngas generated through gasification. Operation is expected to begin in 2017, at which time SGS’s proprietary CRG methanization process technology will be used. Through CRG technology, carbon monoxide and hydrogen can be efficiently converted into methane, thereby producing substitute natural gas (SNG) that can be transported via pipelines, or liquefied natural gas (LNG) that can be transported in storage tanks.
What scale is the methanation process package?
What is the relationship between Jones Lang LaSalle and David?
I’ve barely heard of this company – and they just signed the contract quietly? Has the environmental impact assessment been completed? Approved?
Zhuangxin is David’s parent company, and Zhuangxin acquired David.
Our company also uses David’s system; it seems to have a very complex process, with three reactors in total.
