What level of oxygen content in circulating hydrogen is considered safe?

The oxygen content in the recycled hydrogen at our facility is between 0.1% and 0.2%. Is this level of oxygen in the recycled hydrogen considered excessive? What level should it be kept below? Thank you
Additionally, I feel that the control of the hydrogen production system is not adequate; the oxygen purity of the hydrogen produced always comes out to 0.1% after testing (although the online oxygen analyzer shows a value of no more than 10PPm). What should be the appropriate oxygen content in the desorbed gas? What are the hazards if the oxygen content in the exhaled air is too high?
Theoretically, the required level of circulating hydrogen is no more than 0.5%, and in actual production operations, the oxygen content should be kept below 0.1%
