Under construction (newly built) chemical projects in Sichuan

Could everyone please share information on the chemical projects that are currently under construction in Sichuan (Chongqing)? I’m looking to change jobs and don’t want to work for established companies
It doesn’t seem like there have been any major projects recently. If you’re in the chemical industry, you might want to check out the Chongqing Changshou Chemical Industrial Park – there, all the projects are new constructions
I’m looking for a graphene production project; I wonder where in Sichuan such a project can be found?
I haven’t heard of any new chemical projects in Sichuan.
