Who has experience with noise reduction for Roots blowers? Please give some advice.

The facility has 6 Roots blowers, equipped with silencers at the inlet, but they generate a very high level of noise during operation. Does any expert with experience in reducing noise from blowers have any advice to offer? Thank you
Every effort has likely been made to reduce noise in the manufacturing process, but due to the structure of the facility, it’s difficult to lower the noise level; usually, soundproof enclosures or fan rooms are used to isolate and reduce noise

It’s fine in winter; if it’s summer, the noise is louder. Moreover, in environments with a lot of dust, it tends to break down more easily
Soundproof walls should be installed on all sides; if transporting hazardous gases, it is recommended not to have a ceiling at the top； Strengthen the pipes before and after to reduce vibration. Silencers are installed on both the inlet and outlet.
When installing the blower, place rubber pads at the bottom and construct a soundproof enclosure; in addition, installing silencers and expansion joints on the exhaust ducts can effectively reduce noise levels.

Over 100 units – that’s indeed a lot. Installing soundproofing for them is also a major project. But what kind of device is yours that needs so many Roots pumps?
