What are the current challenges facing the electrodeionization section in atmospheric and vacuum distillation units? What is the current approach?
Crude oil has poor adaptability; organic chlorines cannot be removed, and it is difficult to process high-acid heavy crude oil. There is no good solution.
At atmospheric pressure units, imported crude oil has to be used, and the initial design of the fractionating tower and the atmospheric distillation column is affected by changes in the quality of the feedstock over time
The desalination effect of heavy, high-salt crude oil is poor
What we process is heavy naphthenic crude oil, and like our sister units, we are facing a problem: the electrodialysis desalination process does not work well
