Looking for a project manager

Our company has been looking for a suitable project manager recently; we have interviewed several candidates, but they were unable to work on site due to the complex conditions there. I was wondering if there are any experts in this forum. For insulation applications, the contract value ranges from 50 million to 300 million.
Could you be more detailed about how to get in touch?
On-site management is very complicated, as you are dealing with a workforce that is not fixed; these workers have varying levels of skill, distinct personalities, and often multiple specialized tasks need to be carried out simultaneously. One needs technical expertise, an understanding of safety protocols, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and good coordination skills； In other words, one must be competent both in literary and martial skills; literary skills are used to win people’s hearts, and one’s professional technical abilities must not be poor ； Establishing a position of power, one’s own group, coordinated groups, property owners, and so on, hahaha ； It’s not something an ordinary person can do. You should specify the salary clearly, so as to be attractive.
