1. What do field mode and remote control mode mean? What does the XHS symbol mean? 2. A control valve is used to adjust the amount of oxygen supplied based on the flow rate of steam. How is it achieved that once the required ratio is exceeded, the oxygen valve cannot be opened further and can only be adjusted to a smaller opening? In DCs
It’s either on-site or remote operation; for example, it’s possible to stop the pump on-site, and the remote DCS also has buttons for stopping it. The XHS valve commands have on the DCS buttons for turning it on and off.
2 Steam is the main material, while oxygen is an additional material; a single-loop proportional control loop is established on the DCS, with the control valve installed on the oxygen pipeline. Flow meters are installed on both the oxygen and steam pipelines.
