I spent the whole afternoon looking for it, but couldn’t find the reduction factor for different materials as specified in the standards or guidelines.
Compute stability? The stability coefficient is related to the slenderness ratio

Damn, I ran into this recently as well – the reduction factor for the non-standard ear seat rib plate; it was said to check document 50017. I couldn’t find the reduction factor, but found a stability coefficient; I’m not sure if that’s what’s needed
