Connection between the valve body and the valve flange

May I ask if the valve body and the valve flange are integrated? When ordering valves, it seems that the drawings provided indicate whether welding is required, but for some of them it isn’t specified whether welding is necessary or not. What’s the difference here, especially regarding the applicable conditions?
Forged steel valves come in both welded and integral types, with integral blanks being much more expensive. The temperature is not high, so it generally does not affect usage.
They usually come with flanges; I’ve never seen any without them
Cast valves should be integral in design; for valves connected by forged flanges, some are manufactured through die forging – of course this is possible only when molds are available. However, valve manufacturers may not have molds for every size, and the cost of creating new molds is high. Taking costs into consideration, many manufacturers choose to weld the valve body to the flange together!
Welded valves, threaded valves, the vast majority of needle valves
I have seen both integral and welded valves. But as long as the quality is good, it doesn’t matter how he does it.
We have all of them in stock; they don’t affect performance. The water and air pressure are within acceptable levels, and the quality is good – it doesn’t matter whether they are welded or not.
For easy replacement in the future, flange connections are chosen as they are easy to maintain.
