Our company is a large-scale phosphorus chemical manufacturer, and air pollution exists within the factory premises. At the inlet of the induced draft fan, a wire mesh has been installed; after a few days, many black spots as well as insects could be seen on that mesh. Insects and particles enter the induced draft fan and then reach the combustion chamber where the products are dried, which affects the quality of these products. We are seeking valuable solutions from experts: Would it be possible to install a water tank in front of the induced draft fan? (However, this would cause the fan to draw in moisture, leading to wasted fuel consumption and increased production costs.)
