The sewage pipes on-site are quite large in diameter, with a minimum of 900 mm. The pipes specified in the design come with internal anti-corrosion protection (in the form of liquid epoxy coating); now the question is, what is the appropriate method for providing internal anti-corrosion protection for the welds? Has anyone done this before? I would like to ask how to handle corrosion protection for the welds and heat-affected areas? Do I have to find the manufacturer? I’ve contacted the manufacturer now, but they haven’t responded. It turns out they’ve never used similar pipes before; I’m not sure how to proceed. Thank you all!
With such a large diameter, epoxy resin can still be used for anti-corrosion protection (applied by hand)
Could there be problems with the bonding layer? The pipes are quite large and buried deep; if there are issues, it will be very difficult to deal with them

Use high-molecular coatings to protect weld seams!
The weld area is indeed a key focus for corrosion protection; one reason is the heat impact, and another is that the surface of this area must be properly treated to ensure it is smooth – any irregularities can lead to gaps between the coating and the substrate, which in turn can cause problems with the coating and result in leaks.
As for the tubes, welding may not be necessary during on-site construction; flanges or other types of connections can be used, which facilitates anti-corrosion treatment on site and may also result in lower costs
The manufacturer has informed us that they can provide original paint for on-site treatment, applied manually. Thank you all
