According to Polaris Environmental Recruitment Network, Everbright Bioenergy (Huaiyuan) Co., Ltd. is a biomass power plant built by China Everbright International Co., Ltd. in Huaiyuan County. It covers an area of 300 mu, with a total investment of 600 million yuan. The plant is designed to have 2X130T/H boilers and 2X30MW steam turbine generators, enabling it to process around 500,000 tons of biomass per year. The project is planned to be constructed in two phases. The total investment for the first phase is approximately 330 million RMB. The plan includes installing 1×130t/h boiler and 1×30MW steam turbine generator set; the facility will be capable of processing around 250,000 tons of biomass per year, generating about 200 million kWh of green energy for the power grid each year. It is expected to increase local farmers’ income by over 70 million RMB per year.
