20% nitric acid has low volatility; for specific details, one can refer to the saturated vapor pressure of aqueous nitric acid (search on Baidu). Since it is not easily volatile and there are no environmental requirements, I believe there are no major issues with releasing it into the atmosphere. The heat release data can be calculated; it shouldn’t result in significant heat release.
