All valve flange holes are evenly distributed across the midsection; therefore, care must be taken when welding the short pipes, as the holes are not on the y-axis. Even distribution across the midsection means that the holes are precisely on the y-axis, resulting in symmetrical distribution.
For example, if I need to drill a through-hole of 44-Φ20, and I also need to drill four screw holes at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°, then the position of the through-hole must be at positions that are symmetrical with respect to the X and Y axes
We call this uniform distribution along the centerline and uniform distribution at the mid-span; generally, the latter is used, that is, all holes are evenly distributed symmetrically with respect to the y-axis, and the holes must not lie on the y-axis.
