Insulation issues for non-metallic equipment~~

In actual production, there are some fiberglass equipment, lead-based equipment, or other non-metallic equipment; the operating temperature in such cases can reach 80–100 degrees Celsius. As a result, requirements for insulation or protection against heat are also necessary； But it seems that the usual choices regarding insulation thickness and material are based on metal or steel equipment; are there any special requirements for the selection of insulation materials and their installation for non-metallic equipment? Is there any senior who is quite familiar with this?
For non-metals as well, their heat transfer and thermal conductivity properties must be considered

The thermal conductivity of non-metals is lower than that of metals; therefore, at the same temperature, non-metallic pipes or equipment experience less heat loss compared to metallic ones. According to relevant standards, the thickness of the insulation layer required for metallic pipes or equipment is more than sufficient to meet the insulation needs of non-metallic pipes or equipment.
