The fog is becoming increasingly severe, and more attention is being paid to emissions from chimneys. It has been observed that some chimneys emit smoke with very long trails, and a strong smell of burnt smoke fills the air. In an era of strict environmental regulations, why are there still factories that continue to operate in violation of these rules?
