Where can I find the meanings of the abbreviations in the output report?

Dear everyone: I have currently carried out a process simulation and conducted an efficiency analysis, but there are some abbreviations in the output report whose meanings I am not familiar with. I don’t know where I can find it? I would be extremely grateful if you could kindly offer your advice!

I’m not sure if the moderator has an English version of the keyword manual; since it’s translated, the original English meaning is lost, making it difficult to remember.
