Which expert can share the operational parameters for producing niacin for my reference?
How much is the free amount? If it’s 20%, then the temperature of the acid in the tower should be below 60°C; our company usually keeps this temperature at 50°C. The acid concentration varies by around 0.1% within the range of 105%. The temperature of the flue gas is between 180–200°C. But ultimately, it depends on the design you use, as there are some differences between each setup
