Currently, the maintenance of fluidized bed boilers is cumbersome; setting up scaffolding is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and unsafe. The units in Sawayuuchi that are currently in use need to have this issue resolved.
I’ve been looking up some information recently and visiting some maintenance companies. Most of them are large maintenance platforms custom-made according to the furnace size. Use a winch to lift and assemble 4 guide wheels on the steel frames at the four corners of the furnace chamber. This allows work to be carried out on the surfaces surrounding the furnace chamber. It can be removed after the maintenance is completed.
