There is a company called Good Luck Company, which does very well in business; there is a lot of traffic in front of its factory. Seeing this, An Shuai wanted to go in and take a look. An Quan first went to Director Wang’s office. After knocking on the door a few times with no response, he opened it and went in. He saw that Director Wang was on the phone. An Quan said to him, \"Hello, Director Wang! I’m An Quan. I would like to visit your factory today.\" Director Wang glanced at An Quan and said, \"Go and take a look by yourself; I don’t have time to accompany you.\" Unfazed by the safety concerns, I went to the office of the safety supervisor. Seeing that Supervisor Liu was busy, I approached him directly and said, \"Hello! My name is Safety. I’ve come to your factory today specifically to learn from you.\" Director Liu said to An Quan, \"Don’t you see I’m busy? Take a look for yourself.\" To assess safety conditions, one had to go to the production workshop. The workshop covered an area of over 2,000 square meters and employed more than 300 workers. The safety exits were severely blocked, most fire extinguishers were ineffective, and there was no water in the fire hydrants. Chemicals were scattered everywhere, there were no rules or regulations in the workshop, and no safety procedures for operating the equipment either. When a few employees were randomly questioned about whether they knew how to use fire extinguishers, whether they had received training in basic safety procedures, or what those procedures entailed, none of them could answer. Ansheng rushed to the safety supervisor’s office and said to Supervisor Liu, \"Hello! Supervisor Liu, workers are starting work without even undergoing the minimum required level 3 training. Moreover, no efforts are made to identify and address the numerous safety hazards in the workshop, which could lead to serious problems.\" Director Liu said to Safety, \"It’s okay. Since its establishment over twenty years ago, the factory has never had any accidents; you’re worrying too much.\" An Shuai ran to Director Wang’s office again and said to him, \"Hello! Director Wang, there are many problems in your factory that aren’t being addressed, and eventually serious issues will arise.\" President Wang said to Safety, \"I’m only concerned about making money. As long as the factory can generate profits, it can afford to cover any losses that arise; if there are no profits, the factory has to close down.\" Safe heard these words and left sadly. One day, An Quan was involved in an accident on the road. The other person asked why An Quan seemed so depressed. An Quan told him in detail about his trip to Good Luck Company. After hearing this, that person was shocked. The next day, he went to the workshop of Good Luck Company to see for himself, and what he saw matched exactly what An Quan had described. Suddenly, he noticed a man named Zhong working in the warehouse, smoking. After finishing his cigarette, he simply threw the butt away and left. More than ten minutes later, thick smoke began to fill the area, and all the employees at the factory rushed to put out the fire, but it was too late. The fire burned for 25 hours, turning the entire factory into ruins. As a result of this fire, 15 people died, 3 were seriously injured, and 21 suffered minor injuries. Safety called Director Wang and Chief Liu, but the calls could never be connected. The public security bureau took them away, and in the end, the court sentenced Director Wang to 15 years in prison and Chief Liu to 7 years in prison. From then on, no one dared to neglect safety anymore; accidents were unwelcome wherever they occurred!
Who came up with this story? Quite creative
No safety incident is trivial~~~~
According to the safety department, this factory had many potential hazards, and that’s why the trouble started. . .
Tier 3 safety education refers to plant-level safety training, workshop-level safety training, and team-level safety training; the total duration of these three levels of safety training is 72 hours
It’s hard for people these days to patiently read fables~~ Hehe
No danger means safety; no damage means integrity. Safety is no trivial matter; whether in production or in daily life, safety must be given top priority.

There is no absolute safety, but there are absolute accidents; yet all accidents can be avoided. Safety is just the work of unsung heroes
Often, attention is paid to safety only after an accident occurs
