What kind of gas flow meter is the cheapest?

One of our sets of equipment is required, per the technical specifications, to achieve a flow rate of 600 NM3/h with compressed air at 30 bar. Therefore, it is necessary to install a flow measurement device; this device is only used for qualitative assessment. In fact, our designed flow rate is 1000, so an error in flow measurement within 10% is acceptable. Since it will be used only once, I’m looking for an economical solution; I’m not very familiar with flow measurement and don’t know which type of flow meter would be cheaper.
It can’t be used with vortex flow meters if it’s too close to the compressor
If accuracy is not a concern, the rotor should be the cheapest.

It is recommended to use an orifice plate flow meter, which allows for remote transmission and is likely to be inexpensive
