For the ethylene plant to come online, should the water cooler be fed with circulating water first and then the system dried, or should the system be dried first before feeding circulating water to the water cooler? Solve
Drying should be carried out after the circulating water is put into use!
Dry after introducing circulating water! A few more low points for drainage need to be found
First, ensure proper drying; then verify that the process system has been properly purged with actual gas. Fill the system with actual gas until the pressure exceeds that of the circulating water side, and only after that should the circulating water be put into use
