Dear sea friends: I am looking for a sand pumping unit; The operating conditions are as follows: a semi-underground slurry tank for manure, with dimensions of φ7.5×1.5; the floor inside the tank is at about 1 meter above the bottom of the tank ; A relatively small pool ; Due to the high sand content in the wastewater, a layer of sand 20 centimeters thick quickly accumulated. Now I want to purchase a sand pumping unit to be placed outside the tank (rather than inside it); a metal hose (or some other flexible tubing) will be used to connect the inlet of the pump, and by moving this hose it will be possible to remove all the sand from within the tank ; I spent the whole day searching today but couldn’t find a suitable pump – is there really none? ? I’ve come here specifically to ask for help; I hope I can find it!
A hose pump can be used to clean the tank :):)
Could you be more detailed? Is it the type that belongs to peristaltic pumps? Can it really suck up sand?
JyaWQ automatic mixing sewage pump, to be placed in the tank
Try a slurry pump, or a mortar pump; or you can use a diaphragm pump as well. There aren’t any special requirements for it, so just choose any one of them
We have in stock a pump made by JABSCO, specifically designed for pumping feces; it is a flexible impeller pump, similar to a centrifugal pump, but with a soft rubber impeller inside. It’s estimated to be quite suitable for you.
