Why is acidic water cooled air-cooled first before being sent to water cooling?

1. The rich absorption oil is the one that has been cooled air-cooled before being injected into the water cooling system; it is injected together with the rich absorption oil after air cooling, serving a washing function. 2. If injected before air cooling, it will reduce the cooling efficiency of air cooling.
Our process involves mixing the gas with the distillate gas at the top of the distillation tower before sending it to the air cooler for compression; this is done to prevent salt formation inside the air cooler
Do you mean the oil with high absorption capacity that is at the bottom of the reabsorption tower? We are entering the 9th tray of the fractionation tower
No, rich absorption oil refers to the oil at the bottom of the absorption tower, and re-absorption oil refers to the oil at the bottom of the re-absorption tower.

Oh, it’s just a different name for it; here we call the oil at the bottom of the absorption tower simply \"oil at the bottom of the absorption tower\", while the oil that remains after further absorption is called \"richly absorbed oil\"
