Our factory is located in Linyi, Shandong. The main types of coal used are as follows: 1. The primary coking coal comes from Shanxi, with the following specifications: Vdaf 22, Std 2.2, G850-90, CSR 55-60, CRI 25-30. 2. In the past, fatty coal was sourced from Shanxi, but now it is obtained locally. The technical specifications are as follows: Vdaf 36, Std 0.7, G85, CSR 50, CRI 35; essentially, it has properties that are 1/3 those of coking coal with a fatty character. 3. Bituminous coal is primarily sourced from local mines, the vast majority of which are located in Weishan; its technical specifications are Vdaf 36–38, Std 0.5–0.7, G75, CSR 20–30, and CRI 40–50. 4. Thin coal mainly comes from Luan and Hancheng in Shanxi, etc.; specifications: Vdaf 14–15, Std 0.35–0.4, G14. Composition: bituminous coal 50-55%, coking coal 10-15%, primary coking coal 15-20%, lean coal 20%. Coal specifications for feeding into the furnace: Vdaf 30–30.5, Std 0.85, G65, P 0.018. The above is the production plan for secondary coke. It’s quite inconvenient to post using a mobile phone; I apologize for any inconvenience. I welcome those in the same field to communicate with each other in order to help one another improve. Feel free to ask questions; all inquiries will be answered. I hope everyone will actively participate in the discussion, such as the shape of the coke produced when various types of coal are coked separately, its cracks, the shapes it tends to take when broken, and its edges and corners.
It is also necessary to refer to coal prices and coal-rock maps in order to have practical value
The volatile matter content is high, and the coke particle size is poor. Are there no requirements regarding ash content? Personally, I think it’s acceptable to increase the proportion of lean coal to around 25%, while reducing the amount of bituminous coal, so as to keep the G value between 62 and 63. Additionally, since there are no values for Y or maximum average reflectance, it’s not possible to take all factors into consideration.
We produce coke with grades of M2590 and above, as well as M10 5_6, CRi29, CSR60. Our factory needs methanol with a high volatility content
For thinness, a well-matched FM is essential
