Please discuss the design of the gasification slag yard. Environmental regulations require that waste dumps be covered with a roof and surrounded by walls. Avoid polluting the environment. What are those good designs? After being transported to the slag yard by the pipe carrier, it forms slag 6 meters high. It is the air-drying process that will be affected.
What’s the point of having a waste dump? To keep it and let its value increase?
The slag and cake are sent directly to the boiler to be burned again
We deliver our slag as well; it’s said to be used for making bricks.
The residual carbon of our slag is around 8%, while that of the cake is about 30%. We have this plan in mind; the equipment is being installed, and it should be ready by May this year.
Try it after finishing burning; only those who burn it know.
There’s demand for the slag from boilers, but it seems that really no one wants the slag from gasifiers. When mixing fuels in boilers, first, you need to ensure proper dehydration; second, you have to maintain a stable calorific value; third, you need to control the proportion of mixed fuels – it’s not easy at all.
The slag dump is primarily used to remove impurities from water; once it has dried out due to wind and sun, it is then loaded onto ships and transported to brick factories | | | )_) )_) )_) )___))___))___)\ )____)____)_____)\\ _____|____|____|____\\\__ ---------\ /--------- ^^^^^ ^^^^^ ^^^^ ^^^^^^^ ^^^^^ ^^^
