In 2015, the promotion sections were reorganized; the equipment section introduced merchant groups and a system that deducts points for posting, which significantly reduced the number of low-quality posts and highlighted advertising posts. This laid a good foundation for the proper orientation and development of these sections. As a section moderator, I can carefully and promptly read posts and manage the section. However, the inspection team had pointed out the phenomenon of promoting staff to higher management levels without checking the posts. Upon review, it was found that this was due to the fact that for posts marked as “XX has read them up to floor XX,” new replies were not promptly marked as “read.” Work carried out in 2016: 1. As usual, posts were reviewed and managed in a timely manner. 2. Learn and implement the forum regulations in a timely manner. 3. Continue to adhere to the principle of preferring quality over quantity when posting, in order to reduce substandard posts.
