October has come to an end. Thank you all for your hard work. We are now entering the last two months of 2015, and I believe there will be many tasks to handle at the workplace during these two months. I hope that all moderators will take as much time as possible to pay attention to and manage our Haichuan platform as well as our forum. Note: Starting from November, moderators’ salaries will be linked to the amount of management work they carry out, including the selection and awarding of outstanding topics,... At present, we also have a task of visiting various regions in order to recognize and reward outstanding topics or responses, with the aim of encouraging those who provide professional, high-quality, and thorough responses. The amount of the reward can be increased appropriately, without conflicting with previous moderator ratings and the like; there are no limits on the specific reward score, as everyone here is an experienced user, so they are free to decide as long as it’s not excessive. This task is intended to be a long-term one, and it seems to be a good opportunity, as it doesn’t create any conflict with other users and constitutes a form of benefit. Of course, such benefits need to be provided in a professional and thorough manner. I hope everyone will participate actively, not only by keeping the forum active but also by carrying out the required round-robin rating tasks. Boyi would like to thank you all here! I’ve said so much already; please, those in the premium version, go get your salaries. There’s no fixed format for replies – feel free to respond as you wish.
It seems that participation in the Excellent Technology theme is decreasing in various regions. I’m not sure why; perhaps it would be necessary to discuss this with the managers of each region? It’s good to offer bonus points for outstanding technical topics through rounds of inspections; however, managing things without dividing them into zones might result in some zones having no technical teams to carry out these inspections and award bonuses. For example, I might go to the Mechanics and Engineering area more often; I hardly ever go to other areas. I think managing it by zones might be better. Purely personal opinion
In October, an evaluation of outstanding technical topics was organized, but the number of participants was too low; maybe everyone is busy making a living. Some topics were also rated, but the number of ratings was not large. Furthermore, after communicating with the managers of the two major regions, 2 qualified team members were recommended for promotion. Yes, these two months, with the end of the year approaching, everyone might be busy; they’ll take some time out of their busy schedules to check the forum.
Last two months of 2015, let’s go.
The selection in September 2015 was affected by incorrect voting options, and modifications were delayed due to a business trip~ I just got back today and was thinking about how to resolve this issue The last two months of 2015 are here; it’s time for me to put in more effort
