Does the US standard have design codes similar to those for oil depots in our country?

As the title suggests, are there any American standards similar to our country’s design codes for oil storage facilities? In addition, ASME 31.3
I’m not very familiar with it; go and check the API standards set by the American Petroleum Institute.
NFPA 30-2012 Code for Flammable and Combustible Liquids, NFPA 58-2004 Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gas
For reference, NFPA 30-2012 Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code – all domestic standards are based on foreign ones.

Foreign standards are generally updated every 10 years; there is no update every 3 years
It should be covered in API650
