Can the coil in the liquid sulfur tank be taken out of service in case of leakage?

The coil in the flow cell is leaking; can I turn off the steam to stop heating? Or if anyone has good suggestions, thank you; please discuss actively – it will earn points!

Ours has leaks too; it’s barely usable, but I don’t think we can stop using it. . . Has it stopped crystallizing?
Check the size of the leak; if it’s small, there’s no need to stop operation as the impact is minimal. It might however have an effect on corrosion of the steam extractor and subsequent components. If the sulfur tank is made of stainless steel, then there’s no need to worry. If the steam is stopped, this set becomes useless; sulfur will block it. If it keeps going, stopping work to seal the leaks works as well. If the leakage is severe, it’s fine to shut down one set as well. If you’re worried, you can add a set of temporary heating elements, but the available area is limited, and I don’t think it’s necessary.
Try not to turn off the heat tracing; if it is turned off and the liquid level is high, sulfur can easily leak into the heat tracing pipes and cause blockages in them. Once sulfur blocks the heat tracing tube, it becomes very difficult to clear it.
